pf 10/31/12 finished assembly; installed handles, rerouted cables and tied them; tied SMA connectors; installed PS led; put epoxy on TOMCO DC and fiber optics; installed fiber optics (dry); put spacer in blue cap with glue gun;

Note: - must redrill LED hole to 1/4"

      - must remove attenuator knob to install handle
      - need to deliver amplifier with terminators on FWD and REFL

Tested power drain vs. voltage at 45 dBm output
