Bugs:

when disconnecting antenna, emergency shutdown then tries to go back at full-7 with alert 8; does not shut down from this alert and keep looping exposing amplifier to reflection

when detecting power too large, kicks in -7 dB but keeps at that level without attempting to reset power to large value if error is cleared on input power

as Jim suggested, 47 dBm is too tight for the safety trip. Recommend 48.5 dBm, we have plenty of cooling.
