LERA parameters configuration

This is the outline of the LERA master parameter configuration file, and the translation into the various HFRNet, DDS, Dtacq and WERA parameter files.

What children files should be generated?

To control and configure the LERA-specific hardware

DDS configuration and Novatech python control programs (priority: 5)

DTACQ configuration and python control programs (priority: 6)

AIS configuration and python control programs (priority: 8)

To convert from Dtacq format to WERA RAW format

programs used to convert LERA raw data into a WERA data for further processing (priority: 4)

To drive the WERA post processing

etc/params.cfg; this file contains the site definitions, as well as other post-acquisition processing parameters. (priority: 1)

etc/WeraDesk.defaults and WeraDesk.tmp; this file is generated by Weradesk, and is useful to initialize Weradesk for a site, if Weradesk is used to generate the header configuration. (priority: 2)

weractrl/ctrl_data.cpy; this file is used to tell the CL-7 about the acquisition parameters, and the last 478 bytes are copied verbatim to the data file header. (priority: 3)

Also, in work/matlab/geo, files sites.mat and sites_ang.mat which give lat, long and beam coverage for exporting to matlab.

To export to the NOAA ruv format required by UCSD
