Work on the WHOI lab system by Kirincich on 2/15/2022

Example spectra of txonly signal in spectra from txrx: Both txonly and txrx dtacqs are set to 3 hz chirp between 16.1-16.2 MHz. However, the vertical line at -10 m/s is due to the txonly frequency chirp band being shifted by 40hz from the txrx chirp bounds. This is to simulate a time delay that would be implemented via the pps2 of the dtacqs gps.
